About Destination Coromandel

Destination Coromandel Trust is funded by Thames- Coromandel (TCDC) and Hauraki District Councils (HDC), supported by direct local tourism industry investment to promote The Coromandel as a visitor destination.

Destination Coromandel are one of 30 Regional Tourism Organisations (RTOs) in New Zealand. They promote their region under “The Coromandel good for your soul” brand.

“When scoping virtual experience content and development, 360 New Zealand was in the forefront of our searching. It quickly became obvious why they stood out.

The expertise and advice shared by the team at 360 New Zealand was personal and sincere from the onset. They helped us understand our needs and developed a product exactly as we had envisaged. Their knowledge and skill in virtual content creation and platform development is top notch.

While in region capturing footage, Richie and Keith were professional and considerate. Stakeholders and landowners were kept informed and their wishes respected, it was a pleasure to have them represent Destination Coromandel.

We can’t wait to work with the team again to build the next phase of our tour, and bring even more of The Coromandel to the virtual world.”
